All roads are being cut in to State specs- they will all be at least gravel or chipped for the first 18 months, then paved roads. The reason we are not paving the roads initially is to go through an entire 4 season rotation to be able to find all the soft spots in the road to take care of them before we pave- this will eliminate the need to re-pave as soon as other developments and even state roads. The lanes will be wide enough for 2 cars to pass each other without one car having to pull off the road at all.
